Welcome to travelbargain.net (the “Site”), operated by Travel Bargain. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we do

Travel Bargain is an independent travel-deals platform. We present curated vacation package ideas with illustrative estimated prices and connect interested travelers with licensed travel providers. We do not sell tickets, take payments, hold reservations or operate a checkout on this Site. Any booking is completed directly with the relevant travel provider under their terms. 3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.
